Egypt's National Football Team

The Egyptian team has won the African Cup of Nations' title four times, making it the team with the most titles, along with Cameroon and Ghana. This year the Egyptian team will have the home team advantage. Initially, Egyptians were disappointed by their team's results in the World Cup's qualifying games. Now that the results of the Egyptian team have significantly improved, under the management of the Egyptian Coach Hassan Shehata, Egyptian football fans hope their team would win its fifth African title.

Libya's National Football Team

The Libya national football team is the national team of Libya and is controlled by the Libyan Football Federation. They have never made the World Cup and only made one appearance to the African Nations Cup, finishing second in 1982, when they hosted the tournament.

Morocco's National Football Team

The Morocco national football team, nicknamed Lions de l'Atlas (Atlas Lions), is the national team of Morocco and is controlled by the Fédération Royale Marocaine de Football. They were the first African team to win a group at the World Cup, which they did 1986, finishing ahead of Portugal, Poland, and England. Morocco fell to eventual runner-ups West Germany 1-0 in the second round. Morocco have won the African Nations Cup once, in 1976.

Côte d'Ivoire's National Football Team

Through 2004, their greatest accomplishment was winning the 1992 African Nations Cup. On October 8, 2005, they qualified for the 2006 World Cup finals, marking their first appearance on the sport's greatest stage. Now the Ivorian, also known as The Elephants, team has a chance to prove their worthiness for representing African football in Germany's World Cup Finals by the result they achieve in Egypt's African Cup of Nations.
