Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul-Gheit on Monday 27/8/2007 discussed over phone with his Libyan counterpart Abdel-Rahman Shalqam the conditions of the Egyptian community in Libya.
"Abul-Gheit stressed that Egyptians who go to Libya to serve its economy and development and who respect local Libyan laws are treated well," said spokesman of the Foreign Ministry Hossam Zaki.
The Libyan Minister informed Abul-Gheit of his country's appreciation for efforts exerted by Egyptians working in Libya to back the development process.
