Egypt Foreign Ministry Spokesman denied reports published by an Arab newspaper on Thursday that Cairo was ready to receive the security headquarters in Gaza strip in preparations for handing them over to the Palestinian national agencies.

The spokesman dismissed the reports as bare of truth and expressed astonishment at the reports which he described as fabricated.
