"Arab foreign Ministers agreed at the end of their meeting on Monday on five Egyptian proposals and decided to refer draft resolutions related to them to Arab leaders in their coming summit," said Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul-Gheit.
The draft resolutions include an Egyptian-Saudi draft on Arab national security, the Minister said, adding that the second draft resolution asks for holding an extraordinary economic summit with participation of Kuwait.
Abul-Gheit said the third draft resolution asks for holding a consultative summit, while the fourth is about enhancing capabilities of the Palestinian national Authority in the administrative and executive domains.
The fifth proposal suggests cooperation between the Arab world and Europe, he noted.
Abul-Gheit added that the Arab ministers also approved resolution on forming Arab working groups that will be in charge of holding contacts with different bodies concerned.
